Best Boosting Terms of Service

Reading or otherwise using bestboosting.net (“the site”, “we”, “us”) means accepting the conditions set out here. Nobody is obliged to accept them, but declining leaves one option: closing the tab.

1. What This Site Is

Best Boosting is an independent publication that reviews and compares game boosting services. Our output is editorial: reviews, rankings, pricing research and buying guides. We are not a boosting provider - we do not sell, resell, operate or broker any boosting service, and we take no part in transactions between you and the services we cover.

2. Editorial, Not Advice

Our ratings, our ordering of providers, our write-ups, the prices we list and the advice we give reflect conclusions reached while researching and buying at publication time. They are background information and nothing firmer. Providers change what they charge, how they operate and how well they perform, which is why no claim is made that a page is correct today, thorough or without error, and why nothing here should stand in for professional, legal or financial guidance.

3. Services We Link To

Some links here point to outside websites and services covered in our reviews; none of them is owned, run or controlled by us. Order from one and the agreement binds you and that provider alone, on their terms, prices and policies. What a third party sells, publishes, delivers or withholds is not something we answer for.

Also worth knowing: publishers usually forbid boosting in their rules, so an order can expose your account to penalties. That judgment call belongs to you before you buy from anyone we list, top scorers included.

4. Permitted Use

• Permission is required before large parts of what we publish are scraped, mirrored or republished.
• Attacks on the site or its hosting, probing and traffic floods included, are not tolerated.
• Do not present yourself as this site or spin our material into an endorsement.
• Fabricated evidence and bogus error reports get nowhere with us.

5. Ownership and Trademarks

Original material on the site - writing, scores, structure, design - is our property. Brief excerpts may be quoted with a link to the source page. Any game titles, service names or logos shown belong to their respective trademark owners and appear only for identification; no affiliation with or endorsement by any publisher or boosting service is implied for bestboosting.net.

6. No Warranties

You take the site “as is”, and available whenever it happens to be up. No warranty attaches in any form, whether stated outright or implied by law, over accuracy, fitness for any purpose or non-infringement, and outages or defects may occur at any point.

7. Liability Limits

So far as the law permits, we are not liable for special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages of any kind arising from the site or from dealings with third-party services discovered through it, including banned or lost accounts, lost data and lost profits. Where the law will not allow exclusion, the ceiling is what this site has ever charged you: nothing.

8. Revisions

Expect the odd rewrite of this document. What sits on this page, dated as shown, is the operative version, and staying with the site once it has been rewritten means the rewrite binds you.
