Inside the Trust Score
What Counts, and How Much
A slow order costs you a couple of evenings. A careless handoff can cost the account itself, which is why account handling outweighs everything else we measure. — see how the score is built.
What a Score Means in Practice
What Readers Ask
Who runs the testing behind these rankings?
Jordan Pierce runs the desk. Every service on the board gets ordered from before it gets written about: the account used, the minute the work started, the minute it closed, and what support said when pushed all go into a log while the order is live. A verdict has to survive that log. Pierce spent years at the top of the ladder before taking this job, so a claim like fast start gets held against a clock instead of taken at face value.
What would it take for a shop to buy a higher spot on this board?
Nothing we sell. Position follows arithmetic: five weighted inputs, fixed at 35, 25, 15, 15 and 10 percent, applied the same way to all 78 services we cover. Some outbound links earn us a commission when a reader buys, and that commission moves no one up a row - the weights would have to change first, and they sit on the methodology page for anyone who wants to redo a score by hand. A shop that slips on delivery drops in the next monthly pass whether it sends us money or not.
Where do the numbers behind each score come from?
Our own receipts. We buy at full price through the ordinary checkout, with no press account and no discount code, and 232 purchases have gone through that way so far. Public review pages get read as well, though they sit underneath what we saw ourselves - a shop can farm glowing pages far more easily than it can hit a start time on a Tuesday night with our card already charged.
How does a service end up with the Trust Score it has?
Five inputs, each capped at its own share. Safety and account handling carries 35 percent: appear-offline sessions, whether the connection comes from the player's own region, where credentials end up, honesty about ToS risk, and what happens to the login once work stops. Delivery reliability and speed takes 25 - did the paid order finish, did it begin when promised, how many pauses and handovers piled up. Transparent pricing takes 15, verified customer feedback another 15, support experience the final 10. The four tiers land at 90-100 Excellent, 75-89 Good, 60-74 Fair, and anything below 60 Poor. Weighting safety heaviest is deliberate, and it explains why the shop sitting at the head of our table got there on clean account handling as much as on raw speed.
